Role Description: 

You are analytical in nature and a creative problem solver in practice. You have the ability, and know how to spot patterns, troubleshoot, and recommended solutions. As a tactical task manager your #1 priority is to support your team and account manager in achieving client satisfaction by monitoring and maintaining internal and client tasks along with their needed completion date to keep the work on time throughout the lifecycle of your client engagements. You will assist clients in achieving their desired results through monitoring/obtaining desired KPIs and ensuring on-time delivery for all goods and services.

Responsibilities: 

  • Task Planning.  Create tasks in project management tool with assignees, time estimates, start date, and due dates that supports a prioritized and clear direction for the team while ensuring an optimized utilization and workload for team members based on provided monthly work plans.
  • Task Management.  Ensure tasks are completed on schedule, escalating to department leads and management as team members are not meeting deadlines.
  • Tool Champion.  Expert and champion of ClickUp, optimizing the setup and usage to ensure project management efficiencies.
  • Budgeting.  Assists with Account Manager to ensure the work is not an overallocation of available hours per the budget.
  • Meeting Preparation. Creating agendas based on previous meetings and status reports as well as process on the monthly workload and issues that must be addressed.
  • Meeting Follow-Up.  Document notes from client meetings which identify discussion points as well as required follow-ups.
  • Status Reporting.  Provide status updates to Account Managers and Project Stakeholders on a weekly basis in a client-ready format that identifies: 1) What was planned 2) What was accomplished and 3) What is being worked on next for the time period.
  • Client Management.  Tactical, day to day engagement and management of clients.
  • Resource Management.  Collaboration across departments and PMO to prioritize work with available resources.
