Job Description
From the Future is an advanced digital agency that specializes in paid and organic social media marketing. We manage a variety of social media accounts on behalf of our clients; ranging from sports to e-commerce. FTF is actively seeking a Social Media Content Creator & Manager to work closely with our Director of Social in developing organic strategies and campaigns to meet our clients KPI’s. This is a one-of-a-kind learning opportunity with plenty of room for growth within the agency.The Social Media Content Creator & Manager will focus on making our clients must-follow brands on social media. The primary objective is to connect our client’s brands with their target audience, build community, and drive brand love. Specifically, this role will focus on integrating our digital-first approach, refining the real-time social process, owning our client’s brand voices and content, and overseeing influencers and partnerships.

The right candidate should lead with a social-first mindset, possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, be well versed in Canva and Adobe Suite, feel confident in their experience with Premiere Pro, and be excited and eager to learn and grow with an emerging agency.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Social in development of multi-platform monthly content and campaign strategies
  • Manage social content calendars and client expectations
  • Create & curate all content on behalf of our clients (banners, carousels, stories, video, gifs, animations, copywriting, etc.)
  • Manage content / caption approval process directly with the clients
  • Schedule content ahead of time using various scheduling platforms
  • Manage published content – engaging with the community, responding to comments and DM’s, sharing to stories
  • Create content in real time, as things are happening, pivoting when needed (social is quick moving!)
  • Analyze key metrics weekly and collaborate with head of social to tweak strategy as needed.
  • Compile monthly report for management and client showing results
Requirements:
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple brands and social channels at once
  • Highly organized
  • Excellent communicator with client services experience
  • Understanding of Facebook Creator Studio
  • Proficient in Canva and Adobe Photoshop / Lightroom
  • Confident in experience with Premiere Pro
  • Experience copywriting and/or writing captions
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment where content and calendars can change any minute (it’s social media after all!!)
  • Can-do positive attitude
  • Team player is a must
