Neil has been marketing at the intersection of technology and creative for over twenty years for clients such as UFC, Adidas, Royal Caribbean and Marriott. His forte is finding creative ways to  use data to inform audience- and creative development — a pairing that, when done well, yields campaigns that delight audiences while driving results. 

Prior to FTF, Neil started Plush Digital, where he and his team pioneered the use of content consumption data to create some of the most effective acquisition campaigns on the planet. As a media expert, Neil excels at helping clients develop holistic, channel agnostic, media strategy that is laser focused on their goals, whether that be ROI, awareness or a blend of the two. 

Neil enjoys skiing, hiking, and tacos. He lives in LA with his wife Renee, and two kids Jonah and Eden.
